Sales via our website are subject to the following conditions:
· Purchases made by you on our online store are considered invoiced sales and will be recorded in our database, with the exception of credit card information, which we do not store after the point of sale.
· Sales disputes, exchange requests, or other post-purchase issues must be brought before one of the customer service representatives within 7 days of receiving the product, otherwise all sales are final.
· If your shipment is damaged while in transit, customer service must be notified within 7 days of receiving the product, otherwise the customer is responsible to deal with resolving the “damage claim” with the appropriate shipping entity.
· HGI is not responsible for any products once the items are in the hands of the customer.
